Alinity Divine
Alinity is mentioned in the complaint against Twitch. Erik Estavillo, a Twitch user from California made a complaint to the civil court seeking $25 million in damages from Twitch in connection with the exposure to "overly suggestive and sexual content of female streamers" during their use of the site. According to court records from Dexerto Estavillo who earlier sued Microsoft as well as Sony and also Nintendo and Blizzard in the past, filed his lawsuit on the 15th of June, and Twitch was issued an official summons later that day. In the complaint that was filed with the Santa Clara Superior Court of California, Estavillo suffers from multiple medical issues that make him to completely rely on the internet to get his entertainment. He also suffers from as a disorder called obsessive compulsive and sexual addiction that plaintiff claims Twitch just makes more difficult. There are also female Twitch streamers and claimed that they "continue to expose users to sexually addicting material and regularly on a daily and regular daily basis." Except for Alinity and others, they include those who have requested relief. the complaint wants all the streamers on the list above permanently banned from Twitch's TOS along with $25 million dollars "to be split among the complainant and all others Twitch Prime Turbo users," and any remaining funds to be donated to different charities.
